1. Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship outside of Canada?
No, we currently focus exclusively on the Canadian market to ensure the most reliable delivery times and service. We ship to all valid residential and business addresses within Canada.

Are there hidden fees or customs duties?
No. We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. The price you see at checkout is the final price, inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST/HST). You will never pay additional fees to the courier upon delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
Transit Time: 7–10 business days.
Estimated Total: 8–13 business days.

3. Orders & Returns

Can I modify or cancel my order?
To maintain fast shipping times, cancellations or modifications must be requested within 12 hours of placement. Please email us at info@lunavanta-store.com immediately if you need to make a change.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. If your item is defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement or a full refund. Please note that return requests must be approved before shipping items back to our warehouse.
